IMPORTANT ORDERING/POLICY INFO:

• The prices above are base prices only. Final price will be determined once a final design has been established

• A 50% security deposit is required to secure your order date on my calendar and the remaining balance is due at the time of pick up/delivery. In the event that you need to cancel your order, a full refund of your deposit will be given 3 weeks or more from your scheduled date. Within 2-3 weeks from your event, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. No refunds will be given 2 weeks or less from your scheduled date

• I prefer to communicate by e-mail, I wish to give my customers my undivided attention and respect and that is a difficult thing to do with my young children around. I will return you e-mail as promptly as possible. You may e-mail me at CaseSeraSera@gmail.com

• I do not hold spots on my calendar. If I have not heard back from you within 24 hours, the date you are interested in may go to the next inquiry that I receive. I will confirm with you that your order in booked on my calendar. Price quotes are only good for 30 days and may be subject to change after that

• A 2-3 week notice is appreciated on all orders, although I often fill up months in advance. I require no less than 7 days’ notice for any order. Anything less is subject to a 20% or $15 rush fee, whatever is greater. Anything less than 3 days is not a possibility as each cookie requires drying time before it can be safely packaged
